Tech Support As An Educational Process

Years ago, when I was learning how to use computers, I wanted helpers to explain what they were doing so I could understand how things work and maybe fix my own issues the next time. As you know, it's not easy to find people who are willing or able to do that. So that's my approach to tech support.

  • Learn what needs to be fixed, why the issue happened and how you can prevent it from happening again explained in plain English.

  • Don't want to know, all the details?  That's perfectly fine.  You'll get clear answers to your questions.

  • I’m not a "Certified Technician," but due to many years experience working with ALL BRANDS of computers and mobile devices, I'm able to fix a lot of issues that Technician who are certified for one specific platform cannot.   

  • Working daily with people who use a wide variety of computers, mobile devices, and apps, keeps me up-to-date with the latest issues that are cropping up and I'm able to share this information with the rest of my clients -- kind of like a bee pollinating flowers ; )
